If both activations are used up, simply contact our support for a free reset. However, switching from Windows to Mac (or vice versa) requires a new license, since each license is valid for only one operating system.

The license is not cross-platform. Therefore, if you purchase the Windows version, you can only use the license to activate PCs. To activate a Mac, you need to purchase the Mac version instead.
